BTS 4000 entered into market in the year of 2008. Now it is one of the most successful and most popular battery testing system in China. Thousands of battery manufacturers, battery research institutes and laboratories use it as their primary testing partner for their various testing activities.

BTS4000 is based on Neware 4th-generation testing system, and was introduced into the market in 2008. It's the upgrade version of the most popular battery test equipment series of BTS3000.

BTS4000 applies all the applications of BTS3000, plus EV battery pulse test, HPPC test and DCIR (direct current internal resistance) test.
Comparing with BTS3000, BTS4000 greatly improved the hardware response time, data acquisition frequency and result accuracy.

BTS4000 is the perfect test system in Neware's line of high quality, dependable test systems.

BTS4000 can be configured with multi-current range channels, which have a current control range of 0A to 3000A. These multi-current range channels can be configured for voltage ranges of 0V to 110V. The accuracy for current and voltage on these channels is ± 0.05% FS.

BTS4000 is now widely used by research institutes, colleges and universities and EV battery manufacturers all around our country.

1.Resolution: AD: 16bit; DA: 16bit;

2.Accuracy : 0.05% FS*;

3.Response Time: ≤10ms (Current in the range 10%~90% FS);

4.Output Power: Max. 21kVA (user-definable);

4.Data Acquisition Frequency: 10Hz / 100Hz Optional;

5.Minimum Pulse Width: 500ms.

We have many many types for battery tester.

    There are parts that feel polished and parts that feel ordinary. The combination makes it an interesting piece with a mixed response.

    There is a quiet confidence in how this is presented. It does not scream for attention but still manages to leave a small impression.

    The approach is quite interesting but maybe not suitable for everyone. Different audiences will probably have different reactions.

    This feels like a thoughtful idea with a simple approach. Some details could be improved but the overall feeling remains positive.

    This looks like a decent creation with a few strong points. It has some weaknesses too but the overall impression remains positive.

    The presentation has a smooth feeling although certain parts could be stronger. It creates a decent reaction without being overly dramatic.

    The approach feels quite unique and there are small elements that make it memorable. It still leaves room for improvement but the direction looks promising.

    This is one of those things that catches attention slowly. It does not scream for attention but it leaves a small impression.

    It is not exactly the type of thing everyone will immediately love but it has its own audience. The effort is noticeable even if some expectations are not fully reached.

    The way this was introduced makes it easier for people to understand. It creates a casual feeling rather than something too serious.
